Set on 12 acres of bushland in picturesque Chandler, our kennels provide a safe, happy retreat for your dog while you’re away. Spacious indoor and outdoor areas, supervised play twice daily, and attentive care give your dog freedom and comfort - and you complete peace of mind.

1. What vaccinations are required?

All dogs must have current vaccinations to stay with us. We require proof of up-to-date C5 vaccinations, as well as current flea and tick treatments, before check-in to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all guests..

2. Can I bring my dog’s bed or toys?

Yes, of course! You’re welcome to bring a lightweight bed, blanket, toy, or even an old t-shirt that reminds your dog of home. Familiar items can help them settle in comfortably during their stay.

3. Do you accept dogs on medication?

Absolutely. We’re experienced in caring for dogs with medical needs and can administer medications, including injections, at no extra charge. Please ensure all medication instructions are clearly marked and, if multiple tablets are required, packed in a daily pill box organiser..

4. What if my dog needs to be isolated from others?

No problem. If your dog prefers their own space or requires isolation for any reason, we can easily accommodate that. Each kennel has its own private indoor and outdoor area, so every guest enjoys comfort and security.

5. How do I pay for my booking?

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide our bank details for payment. We don’t have EFTPOS facilities, so payments are made via bank transfer. Please note that bookings are only secured once payment has been received.

6. What are your drop-off and pick-up times?

Drop-off and pick-up are available between 7:00am – 10:00am, or 3:00pm – 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sundays, Christmas Day, and Good Friday to allow our guests quiet rest and our staff family time.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice can be rescheduled or refunded, depending on availability and timing. Full details are outlined in our booking confirmation.

8. Can I visit or see where my dog will stay?

Absolutely. We encourage visits before booking so you can see our clean, spacious kennels and tranquil bushland setting. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
